We ask for consistency with the Gospel to those who strive to live the sacrament, the words from the Gospel of the Holy Father Benedict XVI.

Matthew chapter 19-12 Eunuch (Castro) FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN
"There are eunuchs who have been so from birth, there are some that have been made eunuchs by men, and there are others who have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven. Who is able to understand. "
Cardinal Schönborn proposes the "withdrawal" of this requirement for Catholic clergy. And so other bishops. Benedict XVI's intention is to strengthen. It has all the support the Church's history, from the time of the apostles.
This petition that we propose is not intended as a provocation, but rather consistent with the Gospel and the words of the Holy Father. In recent years the Catholic Church has been overwhelmed by several scandals, including the scandal of clerical child abuse, a huge problem that will irreparably damage the victims and to discredit the word and faith of those who believe in God. Unfortunately, the Church seems unable to put an end to these horrors, the bishops of the world seems unable to identify the culprits.
We propose a solution that will help the Church and its Ministers to solve the problem of abuse in the case of the clergy are no greater, but almost always remain unpunished and are becoming worldwide a real cancer victims and for the faith .
We propose the controlled chemical castration, a solution which consists of a monthly injection from which you can then go back in case a priest lost its vocation, all in keeping with the Gospel and the will of the Holy Father, maximum minister of the Catholic Church on Earth.

The Matthew 19 passage is not about the priesthood but is a discussion about marriage. Perhaps you should look to 1 Timothy 4:1-4 where it talks about  hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron, forbidding people to marry. In the King James version is refers to this as a doctrine of devils. The catholic church's doctrine forbidding priests to marry is therefore a doctrine of devils. You would do better to petition the church to allow priests to marry, because God made woman specifically FOR man, as it was not good for the man to be alone (read genesis!). If priests were married, they would better understand their flock, many of whom are married, and they would not develop the evil desire to seek sexual gratification through the children and vulnerable people in their care.
