For years Janus Bakkerij in Lower Hutt has been making the most authentic ciabatta south of the Pyrenees. Recently however the loaf has become plain and boring due to a change in recipe and/or process. Similar to the New Coke backlash of the early 90's, the aim of this petition is to prompt get Joe and Angela to revert to the original recipe.
